About Us
Timber Edge Farm has been in operation since 1971, owned and
managed by Judy Stephens.  In the early years it was strictly
lesson and camp programs but, over time, it has evolved into a
training, boarding, and show facility.  However, we do still keep
some lesson horses and provide a full-service lesson program.
We have a history of experience, success, and dedication in a
friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

The farm is located on County Line Road, 1 1/2 miles west of
Route 611, in Horsham.  Although this area is a lot more
developed and busier than it was when we first built the farm, we
are very close to many horse shows and other riding activities.
Judy and Bill Stephens live on the premises to provide 24-hour
supervision.

We run a summer day camp for children ages 7-15.  Students,
grouped according to age and riding ability, receive daily
instruction in all phases of horsemanship and stable
management. The camp also includes various activities ranging
from swimming, crafts, and even field trips. There is more
information about camp under the Summer Camp section.

Our program is designed to be flexible enough to accommodate
many different situations.  We strive to develop an individual
program to suit each rider.  We only require that you love horses
and want to learn to ride to the best of your ability.

Our facility here includes 2 outdoor, all-weather surface riding
rings, an indoor arena, 70' x 186', with a viewing room, several
turn-out paddocks, 2 wash stalls, and the very best staff
available.  Our 35 stalls in 2 barns are rubber-matted and
well-ventilated.
